I. Introduction

We are an online market research company specializing in conducting online surveys for companies and products worldwide. This survey is intended to study and understand the online gaming habits of Filipinos all over the world. This survey is conducted for a game development company who is currently designing a new online game concept customized solely for the Filipino gamers.

Eighteen (18) Gift Certificates remaining as of Jan. 13, 2010.

II. Mechanics

  1. This survey will reward a $15 gift certificate to the first 30 qualified participants who complete this survey. Gift certificates may be used to purchase items at amazon.com shopping websites
  2. To ensure that we will be sending the gift certificate to the right person, all potential participants shall first be asked to register to ensure validity of information such as identity, email, address, contact numbers.An activation-via-email may also be prompted for this.
  3. All information gathered in this survey shall be kept confidential and will be used soley for the purpose of this survey as stated above.
  4. To ensure that we invite the right market profile to take this survey, pre-screening questions will also be asked before the survey proper. Only those who qualify in the the pre-screening stage will be eligible to receive the $15 online shopping gift certificate. Only those who complete the survey will be awarded with the $15 online shopping gift certificate.
  5. Gift certificates will be sent within 1 week upon completion of the survey. A completed survey means that all the questions have been answered and submitted by clicking the “submit” button. Instructions on how to use the gift certificate at Amazon.com sites shall also be communicated.
